Speculaas-cherry dessert


  • Friendly Viking's Vanilla Greek Style O'Gurt
  • Bastogne cookies
  • Sour cherries from the jar

Preparation method

  1. Place the sour cherries with their juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Add sweets to taste.
  2. Mix some cornstarch with a dash of water. Add the cherries and stir until the cherries have thickened.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Spread some Vanilla O'Gurt on the bottom of a glass. Crumble the bastogne cake over it and place a layer of sour cherries on top. Repeat layers until the jar is filled.
