A delicious Brownie with vEGGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate of your choice
  • 3 vEGGs
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp flour or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 80 ml regular Oat drink from Friendly Viking's
  • 2 tbsp sweetener "Hey Sweetie Powder"
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • A handful of cranberries and walnuts
  • A pinch of salt

 METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Prepare the vEGGS in a large container according to the preparation method on the packaging.
3. Melt the bar of dark chocolate in a bain-marie (over a pan of boiled water).
3. Add the melted chocolate to the vEGGS with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix the batter well until it becomes a smooth and even batter.
5. Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
6. Let it cool down and then try it!
