Spring rolls with mushrooms


  • 1 bag of Burger Mix Cultured Foods
  • 5 large white mushrooms
  • 5 shiitake
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 vEGGs Cultured Foods
  • 2 packs of rice sheets
  • pinch of salt and pepper


1. Boil the shiitake for 30 minutes. Dry them, cut off the legs and cut the hats into slices.
2. Prepare the burger mix according to the instructions on the label. Place the prepared mix in a frying pan, break apart with a fork and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Fry the mixture in oil until the outside is crispy.
3. Cut the white mushrooms into cubes, the carrots into strips and add the base to the pan. Boil this for a few minutes.
4. Add the shiitake to the mixture with some salt and pepper and fry for a few more minutes.
5. Dip the rice paper sheets in hot water until soft.
6. Place some filling in the center of each sheet, fold the sides in and roll up.
7. Fry the spring rolls for eight minutes. Lets eat!
