Roasted Cauliflower Wings with Cola Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into small cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup flour of your choice (e.g. wheat flour or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Friendly VIkings Natural
  • 1 cup panko (breadcrumbs)
  • Sauce.Guru Cola sauce

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Gradually add the plant-based milk to the flour mixture and stir well until a smooth batter is formed.
  4. Place the panko in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure they are completely covered, then roll them in the panko until evenly coated.
  6. Place the breaded cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the roasted cauliflower wings from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Serve the cauliflower wings with a bowl of cola sauce on the side as a dip. Dip the wings in the sauce and enjoy the delicious combination of crispy cauliflower and sweet cola sauce.
