Roasted Cauliflower Wings with Cola Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup flour of your choice (e.g. wheat flour or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Friendly VIkings Natural
- 1 cup panko (breadcrumbs)
- Sauce.Guru Cola sauce
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
- Gradually add the plant-based milk to the flour mixture and stir well until a smooth batter is formed.
- Place the panko in a separate bowl.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure they are completely covered, then roll them in the panko until evenly coated.
- Place the breaded cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the roasted cauliflower wings from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Serve the cauliflower wings with a bowl of cola sauce on the side as a dip. Dip the wings in the sauce and enjoy the delicious combination of crispy cauliflower and sweet cola sauce.
